This role requires flexibility during our busy season is key with regards to hours and days worked.
Dedicated to providing a 6-star quality private concierge service to our exclusive clients. UKME ensures that the properties, we maintain are presented to the highest standard possible.

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to undertake the following duties on a day-to-day basis:
Key Responsibilities
Ensure that all supplier deliveries are checked upon arrival, and duly signed as fully received; or to check that clear notations are made on the delivery notes in respect of any discrepancy
Put away all Inbound stock properly
Pick and Pack orders and make them ready to despatch
Check off all outbound orders against the scheduled dispatch list
Check that stock is up to date and not expired
Ensure that all Stores areas are kept clean, tidy and organised
Ensure that all fridges kept clean, tidy and in working order. (if any)
Ensure that all Stores areas are locked and secure when necessary
Ensure a professional approach is always delivered with particular emphasis on maintaining confidentiality.
Liaise regularly with colleagues, supervisors and managers to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered to the client at all times
Provide a highly customer focused service to the company and client at all times
Provide cover for colleagues during periods of absence
Flexible in working early or late shifts/ OvertimeKnowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities
Proven experience working in a food delivery environment
Proven experience dealing with invoices and purchase orders
Proven experience with stock management
Food hygiene certificate is desirable
Health and safety certificate is desirable
Possess relevant IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
Full valid UK Drivers Licence is desirable
Forklift Truck Driving Licence is desirablePersonal Attributes
Highly conscientious
Strong time management, organisation and planning skills
High level of written and verbal communication skills across all levels
Enthusiastic and self-motivated with the ability to use their initiative
Highly flexible and adaptable
Enjoy practical work
Can work under pressure with the ability to meet strict deadlines
Reliable and punctual
Highly professional and presentable
Able to work well in a team and unsupervised
Extremely confidential and discreet
