Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.
They have a vacancy for a qualified domestic heating engineer to cover the PL Postcode area carrying out servicing, fault finding, and repairs within domestic social housing properties on a local council contract.
The Role:
• Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12s)
• Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems.
Requirements:
• 3 years’ experience as a qualified gas/heating engineer
• Experience in servicing boilers, and gas appliances as well as strong fault-finding/diagnostic and repair skills.
• ACS qualifications incl. CKR1 & HTR1
• Full UK Driving Licence
The Package:
• 8 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday
• Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided.
• Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum
• Monthly bonus up to £200.00
• Overtime paid at time and a half door to door
• Call out 1 week in 4 paid at £600.00 per week guaranteeing an additional £7,800 per annum
• OTE £50,000+ per annum
• 20 days holiday (excl. bank holidays)
