Options Autism are hiring Childrens Residential Care Workers in the Rutland region!

Role: Role: Childrens Support Worker

Salary: Up to £24,377.60 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week, 2 on 2 off – 7.00am – 9.00pm holidays and weekends and 2.00pm – 9.00pm on school days
Location: Stretton, Rutland

Our next Childrens Support Worker will be someone who has:

Some of your duties would include:

Supporting the occupants to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips out
Completing relevant paperwork
Undertaking household tasks
Engage our occupants in tasks and activities
The Location

Options Autism, part of Outcomes First Group, are recruiting Childrens Support Workers to join our teams within the Rutland area.

The Shires is a nine-bed registered accommodation. We support individuals from the ages of 11 – 19 years build incredible futures by giving them opportunities, developing their life skills and personal interests.

We are based in Stretton and are within commuting distance from Peterborough, Grantham and Melton Mowbray.

Our residential homes are friendly and fun, and though there are challenges too, everything we do is dedicated to creating rewarding experiences – for those we look after and for everyone in our team!

Options Autism is a national provider of specialist education, care and therapeutic services for individuals with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties. We provide a person-centred approach to education and support, looking at the full needs of the individual and adapting our approach accordingly.
