We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant for an NHS Trust based in Maidstone, to provide assistance to the Trust Management team. In this role you will play a pivotal role in maintaining very high standards within the trust, ensuring compliance is in line with regulatory frameworks and relevant legislation.
This is an ASAP start role.

Responsibilities include:

 •  Provide comprehensive administrative support to Board Sub-committees, including minute taking and coordination of meeting logistics.
 •  Ensuring timely availability of reports, supporting papers, minutes, and action logs for each Committee.
 •  Establish and maintain effective communication channels across the Trust
 •  Manage board meetings effectively including agenda drafting and minuting
 •  Producing high-quality written minutes for meetings, reporting and letters

The ideal candidate:

 •  Strong administrative and organisation skills
 •  Experience in a similar role
 •  Excellent communication sand interpersonal abilities
 •  Proficient in document management and meeting coordination
 •  Ability to use own initiative
