Support Worker

Nuneaton | Contract | www.cv-library.co.uk |
Are you an experienced carer looking for a change? Wanting to work longer shifts with clients in their own homes?

For over 25 years, The Care Bureau has been providing care in the community to a range of different clients, across England. Providing support to enable them to remain independent as they continue to live in their own home.

This rewarding role can not only make a difference in our client’s lives but also in yours too. We require you to have a minimum of 6 months of experience working in care within the UK.

WHAT’S INVOLVED

You would be working 1:1 with a client in their own home, for longer periods of time. With shifts being over 4 hours, it allows you to be in the same place for longer periods of time. As well as fostering great working relationships between you and the client, with no reason to travel in between.

Our Support Workers are involved in all aspects of care, assisting with meal preparation, medication, personal care, washing, dressing, and supporting them through their day such as trips to the shops.

We want to match you with our client based on your experience and interests, so you can build that strong working relationship and continue to place you with them.

Shifts are earlies, late, and nights, and you can have as few or as many hours as you wish to work.

WHAT WE OFFER

Weekly pay with enhanced rates for weekends
Blue Light Card *
Referral Scheme Bonus *
Pension Scheme
Free DBS check, uniform, and PPE
