Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Job Description:

Our experienced team can offer a full range of services covering both commercial and industrial sectors but mainly social housing for councils. Individual services can be combined or tailored to suit your requirements at any stage of a development and during the life of individual properties.
In this instance you must be able to predominantly be based in and around West London, mainly the Hillingdon area.

We work within both private and public sectors - from commercial and telecommunications to local and central government contracts in education, healthcare, and social housing - to provide bespoke property solutions.
We have developed a reputation for delivering complex building projects on-time, on-budget, and to strict KPIs across all sectors.

You will be working for our client in Hillingdon for properties and building in the Hillingdon area.

Key Responsibilities:

 •  Undertake Building, Measured and Condition Surveys to formulate maintenance and improvement programmes.
 •  Assisting Building Surveyors on wide range of Contract Administration duties.
 •  Dealing with planning applications, building control, landlord and other parties for relevant approvals.
 •  Basic construction detailing and specification writing.
 •  Implementing company Quality Management and other processes on all projects.
 •  Develop understanding of project cost and timetable.
 •  Assist in preparation of specification of work and contract documentation.
 •  Obtain technical information or prices for work.
 •  Developing skills on and undertaking building defect investigation.
 •  Prepare reports and assessments as required.

Requirements:

 •  2 Years Experience.
 •  Strong knowledge of construction principles.
 •  Self-motivated, detail orientated and well organised.
 •  Be able to work well with a team or individually.
 •  Possess good communication skills.
 •  Full UK driving licence.
