Your voice will carry weight as you make representations to various Local Development Framework (LDF) published documents, ensuring that the consultancy's interests are effectively communicated and considered. Pre-application consultations will benefit from your strategic approach, and you will be at the forefront of facilitating community consultation events, fostering positive relationships and ensuring that all stakeholders are heard.
Your meticulous attention to detail will be crucial as you complete comprehensive reports, providing a clear vision for the path ahead. General administration of planning applications will fall under your remit, requiring you to interface seamlessly with clients, the internal team, external consultants, and local authority planning departments.
Collaboration is key, and you will assist design teams with planning requirements, ensuring that all disciplines work in harmony. Your role will be central to the multi-disciplinary team, liaising and working alongside various experts to ensure that all works are completed in a collaborative and integrated manner.
Candidates should possess a robust background in planning, with a proven track record of success in similar roles. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, alongside a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
