The Recruitment Co is recruiting a sales manager to join one of it's clients in the Northwich area!
The role is working within the CASE/plastics side of a global manufacturer.
What we're offering:
• A competitive salary starting at £47,000 annually plus bonus structure
• Core office working hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
• Remote/Home office working
• A company Car
• The opportunity to travel including overseas.
• An annual personal training budget
The role:
• Promote our client's products and services. This role specifically is promoting the CASE and plastics sector of the business.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Identifying new opportunities and potential customers through lead generation, then converting those prospects into customers through cold calling etc.
• Planning and executing sales visits.
• Completing forecasting and keeping up to date on market research/feedback for internal use.
• Attending trade exhibitions/conferences, travelling throughout the UK where required.
The ideal candidate will be/have:
• A degree or equivalent in a relevant subject ie: chemistry, chemical engineering or bio medical science
• Previous experience within the chemical industry
• A proactive attitude and excellent problem solving skills
• An excellent communicator within all levels of the organisation
• Comfortable with regular/frequent travel. (UK license holder)
