We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Legal Administrator to join our growing in-house legal team. This role offers the
chance to work on a wide variety of legal administrative matters, including liaising with external counsel, assisting with company
secretarial matters, contractual and other in-house matters. The successful candidate will be comfortable supporting senior
executives and have a keen eye for detail.

What you'll do

As a Legal Administrator, you’ll play an integral role within the in-house team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

 •  Typing, generating, amending and printing Word, Excel and other documents for the Legal team as required
 •  Scanning, filing and re-naming documents into the document management system and ensuring compliance with document retention
requirements
 •  Arranging Board packs including collating materials from different business units, drafting of agenda, circulating materials to
directors
 •  Drafting Board minutes and agendas for monthly meetings with external counsel
 •  Responding to customer enquiries, including liaising with external counsel and other parties
 •  Assisting with general contractual matters
 •  Identifying and implementing processes to improve team effectiveness
 •  Assisting with supplier audits and dealing with annual compliance renewals
 •  Organising training across business
 •  Assisting with diary management/set-up of meetings

What you’ll need:

The ideal Legal Administrator will bring a wealth of experience including:

 •  Previous experience as a legal administrator in a busy in-house or private practice legal team
 •  Excellent communication and time management skills
 •  Strong IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and DocuSign
 •  Proactive at developing internal business relationships
 •  Confident team player who understands the confidential nature of the team's work
 •  Motivated, enthusiastic individual with a "can do" attitude
 •  Demonstrates attention to detail
