As a Restaurant Host/ess at The Cadogan, you will have the opportunity to work at The LaLee, ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. You will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, taking reservations, and assisting with various customer needs to ensure their satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who is not only professional and attentive, but also possesses a warm and welcoming personality. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a genuine passion for hospitality.
Main responsibilities:
• Greeting and welcoming guests
• Seating guests and assigning tables
• Assisting with reservations and managing the reservation system
• Providing menu recommendations and answering questions about the menu
• Handling guest inquiries and special requests
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Host/ess
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
