We have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join our growing team at Meade Law. We are a Legal firm that specialises in personal injury, clinical negligence, industrial disease, general litigation and insurance.
We are looking for someone who will provide a friendly and professional admin duties to ensure our clients and visitors are dealt with in a polite and helpful manner. From dealing with telephone enquiries, transferring calls, filing, taking and relaying messages to welcoming clients and visitors on site and all other admin duties.
This role is vital to ensure we continue to deliver a professional and friendly service.
As our admin assistance, you will also have the responsibility for the collection and distribution of incoming and outgoing office mail, carrying out filing, scanning, photocopying and shredding duties. Inputting of client data onto our client system as well as other relevant administration duties as and when required.
