A family in Hungerford is in search of a Live-in Housekeeper to help manage their property and maintain a high level of cleanliness. They need someone organized and hardworking who can take initiative with all general housekeeping tasks. Cooking nutritious meals for the family is also part of the role.
Although there are three children in the household, no direct care is required, only supervision. The household has two gardeners who primarily care for the pets, but someone who is comfortable with pets is essential. Proficiency in Portuguese and Tagalog would be advantageous, but English-speaking candidates are also welcome to apply.
Working hours: 5 days a week, on occasion some Saturday might be required but will be given back in lieu next working week, 45 hours per week
Accommodation: Completely refurbished one-bed apartment, own entrance, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, fireplace, separate from the main house.
Duties include:
take care of the household, mopping the floor, dusting, cooking for the family, freshening the rooms
doing the laundry and ironing of the family, dusting, hoovering the carpets and floors, ensuring all bedrooms are always clean, polishing floor, making sure the toilet and bathroom are clean, doing the grocery shopping and errands, organising cupboards and changing bedsheets.
