1. Full Time Experienced Assistant Bar Manager / Willenhall / £Neg / Immediate Start
We are looking to recruit an experienced Bar Person to oversee our small, local, friendly pub.
You must have had at least 5 years managerial experience in hospitality and must be fully trained in all aspects of running a pub/restaurant. References will be required.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Ensuring the smooth running or the bar and kitchen
• Staff rotas
• Ensuring sufficient stock at all times
• Organising the entertainment programme
• Cellar management
• Able to run the bar alone on quieter shifts
