• Varied workload - from basic surgical cases to more complicated orthopaedics
Our client is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon with a surgical bias to join their welcoming team. This role encompasses a mixture of consultations and surgical procedures within their thriving small animal-exclusive first-opinion clinic. The candidate would preferably be able to work in sole charge, but this is not essential.
The practice is excellently equipped, with an in-house lab as well as an ultrasound machine, dental machine, x-ray facilities and more! As a designated training practice, they frequently host trainee nurses and veterinarians on placements throughout the year.
They foster a positive team environment, and their inclusive and supportive ethos ensures that everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute to their shared success.
Situated in proximity to both serene countryside and bustling urban centres like Wolverhampton and Birmingham, the practice benefits from superb transport connections. This strategic location ensures easy accessibility for both their team members and clients.
Their dynamic team comprises of 3 veterinary surgeons, 5 registered veterinary nurses, 2 student veterinary nurses, 2 veterinary care assistants, and 3 dedicated receptionists, led by the Branch Manager.
