Situation

Ford & Stanley Recruitment are partnered with a leading global provider in technologically advanced vibration control, rubber fabrication and bonding solutions business in the search for an additional Project Engineer.

Driven by the board, our client has ambitious grown targets over the next 7 years with an aim to increase turnover by 5 times the current figure and increase headcount from 1000 to 4000 employees.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

Manage engineering projects cradle to grave.
Research & Development of new products.
Shop floor exposure building the products.
The successful candidate will have the commercial capability and raw material manufacturing experience who can deal with customers first hand.

To keep in line with the owner’s growth ambitions, a key focus is to increase the amount of product lines meaning the project engineering team will be the fastest growing in the business.

With this in mind, the successful candidate will find themselves in a very strong position for career growth and development.

Location: Swadlincote, South Derbyshire.
Salary: Up to £55,000
Working Practice: 5 days on site

Agreed Criteria for candidates to secure interview

Project Engineering experience.

Customers engagement experience
Managing technical engineering project through to delivery.
Raw Materials Manufacturing environment. Rubber, Plastics, Chemicals etc.
