Due to expansion, we have a great opportunity for a customer service / sales administrator to work for our super busy client in the Sutton in Ashfield area. Our client offers a great working environment and an early finish on a Friday!!
Within the role of customer service / sales administrator you will:
Support the sales department buy processing orders received via email
Process written quotations via email
Manage sales orders from start to finish liaising with suppliers, customers
Schedule shipping and sample requests
Answer phone calls and respond to email enquiries.
Contact lapsed customers via email and telephone
Provide general administration support as required.We are looking for candidates with experience of
Customer service or sales administration or within a business environment
Computer literate with good use of MS Word and Excel
Great attention to detail with the ability to work on your initiative and in a busy environment.
