Situated in Blackheath, this private hospital is currently searching for an experienced Lead Theatre Practitioner specializing in scrub roles to join its esteemed team. Renowned for its commitment to exceptional patient care, the hospital provides a supportive and innovative environment for its staff.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will assume a leadership role within the scrub team, ensuring the seamless delivery of surgical services and upholding the highest standards of patient safety.
They will undertake scrub duties for various surgical procedures, maintaining strict adherence to sterile techniques and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
Collaborating closely with surgical teams, they will anticipate needs and facilitate smooth operation processes.
They will oversee the maintenance and preparation of surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Participation in policy development and implementation to enhance surgical services will be expected.

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate holds registration as a Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) with either the NMC or HCPC.
