Recruitment Administrator - Temporary/Ongoing

Our client - the fastest growing express parcel delivery company in the UK are searching for a Recruitment Administrator to join their skilled and friendly team. The Owner Driver Department is critical to our success and growth; responsible for the successful onboarding and payment to our network of over 11,500 Owner Drivers across the UK.

Overview of Role
In this role you will be responsible for the successful onboarding of drivers providing a wide range of administrative support to our depots

Your key accountabilities will include; but are not limited to
 •  Liaison with Driver applicants
 •  Identify suitable candidates; support them to progress to Owner Driver
 •  Support the application process; ensuring data integrity and compliance of all supporting documentation.
 •  Provide user guidance and support to the Owner Driver Population
 •  Liaise with Depot Management to schedule business meetings.
 •  Work closely with Owner Driver Administration, Transport, Accounts payable, Finance and management.
 •  Maintain strong relationships with Network and Relationship team
 •  Support the Recruitment Manager with other tasks relating to the department.

Pay
£11.44 per hour

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (Temporary 4 week period minimum, with ongoing work available)

About You

To be successful in this role you must be able to evidence proven and demonstrable administrative experience, ideally gained within a busy and pressurised environment.
Your communication skills will be utilised in this role as will your ability to coach and support the drivers and network through the application process. We will also expect you to;
 •  Possess excellent organisational skills
 •  Be understanding, and able to communicate at all levels
 •  Have good Microsoft Office and Google experience (G-sheets, G-docs)
 •  Work effectively as part of a team
 •  Have excellent attention to detail
 •  Have strong organisational skills
