Position: Head Veterinary Nurse
Branch Location: Conveniently situated in Clapham
Hours per Week / Shift Pattern: Fulfilling 40 hours, with a choice between 4 ten-hour shifts or 5 eight-hour shifts, including 1/3 weekends, and open from 9 am to 1 pm on Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and coordinating the veterinary nursing team.
Assisting and collaborating with veterinarians during medical procedures and surgeries.
Extending compassionate care and support to beloved pets and their owners.
Skillfully administering medications and treatments under the guidance of the veterinary team.
Facilitating diagnostic procedures while maintaining meticulous medical records.
Upholding the clinic's standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Ensuring the clinic operates seamlessly, accompanied by exceptional customer service.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential qualification as a qualified and registered Veterinary Nurse.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, accompanied by a genuine passion for animal care.
Proficiency in teamwork as well as the ability to work autonomously.
A dedicated commitment to continuous professional development.
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive starting salary: £39,000 to £40,000, reflecting your experience and expertise.
