The Job – Sous Chef

The Sous Chef will help oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and planning. Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring a high level of skill and professionalism whilst maintaining inventory levels and minimising waste.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards. Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction.

The Person – Sous Chef

The ideal candidate must have proven experience as a Sous Chef with excellent leadership and management skills. Strong knowledge and control of all Food Safety and Food Hygiene regulations and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
