Job Description: As a Non-Working Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising construction projects and ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. While this position does not involve hands-on work, it requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
You will be overseeing the work of construction crews, managing schedules, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

 •  Supervise construction crews, providing guidance and support as needed
 •  Ensure that projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
 •  Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
 •  Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
 •  Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment on-site
 •  Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during the construction process
 •  Provide regular updates and reports to upper management on project progress

Requirements:

 •  Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in the construction industry
 •  Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations
 •  Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
 •  Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
 •  Proficiency in project management software and tools
 •  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
 •  Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
 •  Relevant certifications or training in construction management is a plus
 •  Current DBS MOD
 •  Current CSCS Card needed
