Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor.
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k - £35k + Training + Benefits
Our client is a renowned and longstanding Water Hygiene / Legionella company who provide the full range of Water Hygiene / Legionella services across Commercial, Industrial, and Healthcare sites. They are now seeking to recruit a Legionella Risk Assessor.
You will be carrying out risk assessments in line with ACoP L8 / HSG guidelines on a varied site base, alongside producing legionella management reports, and producing detailed schematic drawings. Our client can offer the opportunity to move away from domestic water systems and work on large-scale industrial, process cooling systems and commercial work.
The successful applicant will have good access to Yorkshire / Midlands region and surrounding areas: Leeds, Wakefield, Keighley, Huddersfield, Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield, Chesterfield, Worksop, Matlock, Nottingham, Derby, Beeston, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Leicester, Tamworth, Coalville, Lichfield, West Bromwich, Birmingham, Coventry, Warwick, Walsall, Worcester, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Kidderminster.
Experience & Qualifications: " Working for a Legionella / Water Hygiene company as a risk assessor is essential to the role.
" Must hold the City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessment.
" Experience working on industrial / process systems would be beneficial to the role.
" IT literate.
" Able to organise workload in line with company / client needs.
" Fully conversant with ACoP L8 / HSG guidelines.
The Role: " Working on Commercial, Industrial, and Healthcare sites.
" Carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on hot and cold-water systems.
" Creating and working from schematic drawings.
" Producing detailed reports and providing clients with detailed support and advice based on RA findings.
" Working in line with ACoP L8 / HSG guidelines.
" Producing legionella management plans based on RA findings.
" Undertaking water sampling and temperature monitoring.
