The successful candidate will be able to identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, implement, and coordinate these actions, and identify opportunities to read across to similar parts and process.

Job Description
Create and control relevant Quality documentation such as Control Plans, Inspection Plans, SPC charts, etc.
Develop robust, cost effective and practical inspection methodologies using appropriate measuring equipment suitable for products throughout the life cycle.
Develop a continuous improvement “pipeline” of activities by supporting LEAN Events and generating individual ideas to improve EHS, Quality, Cost and Delivery performance.
Implement and/or project manage problem solutions through working with external suppliers, working with customers, proving out improved technologies and programmes, completing Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) activities.
Participate in internal and external audits.

Strong quality engineering experience within a highly regulated industry
Well-versed carrying out a range of product quality activities (root cause analysis/8D’s, dealing with non-conformances, problem solving).
