Working Instructions:
Hours: Mon-Thurs 9-5pm, Friday 9-4pm
Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour
Work Type: Hybrid - full time in office for training (2 weeks), then hybrid which is 1 day in office per week
The ideal candidate will have a relevant experience of working in an administrative team environment. This candidate will also be IT literate, and possess or be willing to work towards a relevant customer service qualification.
Main Role and Responsibilities of the Customer Support Officer:
To provide administrative services, telephone support, including data input as a member of the Customer Experience Team.
To provide a high quality customer experience to customers/clients, ensuring that their needs are met within the parameters of any contract key performance indicators and audit requirements
To support staff within the business to help facilitate new systems and processes.
To operate and maintain financial, administrative systems and processes in a consistent and responsive manner to ensure customer excellence is achieved.
To ensure that confidentiality is maintained in order to comply with the relevant policies and procedures aligned to Data Protection and Data Security
To work flexibly and as part of a team to ensure cover of all aspects of the customer experience centre and to provide continuity of service
To support Building Consultancy Management team in the delivery of growth plans aligned to the business plans.Registration Process: We understand the importance of a smooth onboarding experience. Our registration process includes the completion of necessary forms, and references covering the last 3 years.
