As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships while identifying opportunities to increase sales.
In your first few weeks in this Account Manager role, you can expect to:
Serve as the lead point of contacts for all matters specific to your assigned accounts
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Identify new business opportunities among existing customers
Meet gross margin targets for your portfolio of key accounts
