This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an industry leading building control company with their real estate team. To support the growth of the business, our client is seeking experienced EPC Assessors who will be responsible for working on commercial properties.
Responsibilities of Commercial EPC Assessor:
Responsible for inspecting commercial properties
Collect data during site visits
Modelling the commercial property using 3D software (Design builder)
Produce the EPC via recognised EPC software
Lodgement of level 3 & 4 EPCsWhat benefits are on offer?
