Sales Assistant
Location: The Arcade Shopping Centre, Warrington St, Ladysmith Centre, Ashton-under-Lyne, OL6 7JE
Hours/Work pattern: 21 hours per week (three days out of seven)
Contract: Permanent
Would you like to be part of a retail team that are community based, offer amazing choice and genuine sustainability? Due to internal progression, we are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our store team in Ashton-under-Lyne.
About the role:
When it comes to generating stock, maximising value, and building customer loyalty, we put a lot of trust in our retail staff. Our Sales Assistants work alongside the management team and volunteers to drive shop performance. As a Sales Assistant you will be involved in all aspects of a customer focussed role such as:
Ensuring highest standard of customer service
Achieving maximum sales
Assisting in all store operating procedures such as sorting donations, stock rotation, deliveries, merchandising, pricing, and shop-floor replenishment
Liaising with E-Commerce team to maximise online sales
This position is for 21 hours and includes some weekend working on a rota basis.
