"I live in Swansea and I am looking for support workers to come and join my team. I have lots of energy and being active is really important to me. I go to the gym for fitness classes, I like long walks and doing outdoor activities at Pembrey.
I have a mobility van and you need to be over 25 to drive it.
I also like to bake, arts and crafts and playing the piano. Keeping my home clean and tidy is important to me.

The role - Providing personalised support to adults with learning disabilities to achieve daily tasks and enjoy activities. We are a group of adults who need support to maintain our independence and to manage our health and wellbeing.
You will be working as part of a team and covering day shifts and sleep ins. Drivers preferable
The Package up to 12.37 per hour, full training and support, flexible hours.
Due to the nature of this work, we are required by legislation to obtain an enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service for all successful applicants.
