We are a successful construction recruitment specialist based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire with 14 years established service to the construction industry. We enjoy a strong portfolio of clients who provide us with regular business and recruitment opportunities.

Due to a strong desire to further expand and develop our client base, we’re looking for an experienced Account Manager with excellent industry knowledge to head up the expansion and bring on new clients across all sectors of the construction field.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and results-driven individual with the following qualifications:
 •  Proven experience in a similar role within the Construction industry.
 •  Strong understanding of construction trades
 •  Demonstrated success in business development and sales.
 •  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 •  Charismatic demeanour

Key Responsibilities:
 •  Develop and implement plans focused on expanding our presence in the Construction industry across all sectors.
 •  Acquisition of new clients based in London and surrounding counties primarily through regular site visits and cold calling.
 •  Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion.
 •  Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent Acrow Recruitment and build relationships within the construction industry.
 •  Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is relayed back to the Recruitment manager.
 •  Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to construction business development.
