Job Description
The Role:
• Prepare detailed monthly financial reports
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
• Reconcile bank statements
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits
• Collaborate with other departments to optimise business processes
• Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives
• Implement financial controls and procedures
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
The Successful Applicant
The Ideal Candidate:
• Strong background in Finance and Accounting with proven experience in a similar role
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Experience using a fully integrated ERP systems, such as SAP
• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in engineering, manufacturing, or construction sector, an advantage
