Criteria
 •  No Experience needed (Fully funded training provided).
 •  A supportive individual with lots of patience and understanding.
 •  Ability to help budget, cook, clean and seek desired activities.
 •  Applicants must be over the Age of 21.
 •  A caring nature and an understanding of what good support looks like.
 •  A Car Driver is essential due to the location of the service.
 •  Successful applicants will need to complete pre-employment checks.
 •  Successful applicants will need a DBS check.

Benefits
 •  £11.72 - £12.78 per hour
 •  £25 per night shift worked (approx. an additional £4000 per year).
 •  £30’700 - £33K per annum including the night shift allowance above.

Duties

As a Senior Night Support Worker, you will be a fantastic role model for the young people they support. Your focus will be to support them with their evening routines, this includes activities, hobbies which could be on or off-site. You will communicate with parents and support workers on your team to ensure that their medical needs are met.
You will be a fantastic listener and there for their emotional support, someone they can talk to easily. You will be a fantastic motivator whilst encouraging independence and daily living skills.
