Sales Trainer / Sales Leader - Telesales / Call centre environment.
Basic upto 45k

5Q Consultancy are working alongside a key client of ours who are looking for an experienced sales trainer to lead a small but growing team of telesales selling high level events to business and affuent individuals.
Vibrant office, and a long term vision to be the market leader in the industry.
Duties:
• Conduct full onboarding for new hires to familiarise them with all our products, sales processes, and tools.
• Proactively identify and provide coaching and training in call handling skills, sales skills and or behavioural skills to support the delivery of excellent and professional sales.
• Serve as a role model and advocate for a culture of continuous learning, professionalism, and excellence within the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and prioritise areas for improvement. Own the output.
• Maintain accurate, thorough, and up-to-date training and development records where necessary.
• Facilitate workshops to reinforce new learning and the practical application of sales skills & knowledge.
• Create engaging training materials using various tools.
• Full understanding of current levels of conversion rates across the teams, identify and improve, month on month.
Ideal background
Proven sales management experience
