Teaching Assistant needed in Lincoln!
Simply Education are working with an Outstanding primary school in central Lincoln who are looking to take on not one, but two teaching assistants to support the education of their learners. In this teaching assistant role you will be required to work either one to one with a learner or as part of a group to support the class teacher.
The role will be full time with view to progress in to a permanent position for the right candidate.
What do you need?
• Some experience working with children in any capacity
• 10 year checkable work/education history
• Our compliance department consistently maintains the highest standards of vetting to ensure we continually maintain our REC Audited Education Status. All candidates who register with Simply Education will have 2 years referencing taken up and will be required to have an enhanced DBS check completed. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
• Proof of ‘Right to Work in the UK’
What we are looking for:
• Real passion for education and learning.
• Adaptable and reliable.
• Ability to build rapport and successful relationships with learners
• Ability to work on a one to one or group basis.
• Flexible and confident individual, who has a creative approach to teaching.
• Prior experience working with children.
