The role: SEN Teaching assistant

For this role as a SEN Teaching assistant, you will be working in a mainstream primary school within a year 2 class, you will need to monitor individual pupils' progress and to report on pupils needs, achievements and concerns. To assist in pupil supervision and the management of pupil behaviour.
To undertake classroom administrative tasks including the maintenance of records. To liaise with parents, carers and outside agencies, where appropriate. prepare learning materials for the lessons that day, support students emotional, physical social mental health.
Created a fun and interesting environment which students can learn. You must have level 2/3 Teaching assistant course, GCSE'S A*- C grade, former experience working in schools, nurseries or youth centres within the UK and a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
