Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join our team at our South Bristol location. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with a range of special educational needs and disabilities, and a strong desire to make a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher in implementing Individual Education Plans and behaviour management strategies.
Adapt and modify learning materials and activities to meet the diverse needs of students.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected.

Collaborate with other members of the school staff, including teachers, therapists, and support workers, to ensure the holistic development of students.Requirements:

Experience working with children with special educational needs, preferably in a school setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the educational and emotional needs of children.
