Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Tyne and Wear
Pay rate: £12.00 to 12.50 per hour
Job Type: Part Time
Shift and schedule: Monday to Sunday, 5 hours per day (Flexible start times)

Priority Recruitment are excited to present this brand-new opportunity for a Support Worker in the Whickham area of Tyne and Wear.
This is an excellent opportunity to help support a gentleman who is living with an acquired brain injury back into the community.

Salary & Benefits:

 •  The client is in his mid to late 60s and lives with an acquired brain injury.
 •  The client requires support with daily activities including personal care and hoisting.
 •  Community activities will eventually be part of the rehabilitation process.

Successful Applicant:

 •  Experience working with clients with brain injuries
 •  Enthusiastic and keen to how to help the client progress.
 •  Committed to caring.
 •  Experience with hoisting.
 •  Experience in dealing with challenging behaviour.
