Tech-People have an exciting opportunity-within their permament divison- for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As a trainee, you will be joining a growing and successful recruitment business. You will be given full autonomy, with clear guide lines, to develop new and existing clients within the M &E sector.
You will be tasked with providing permanent recruitment solutions at all levels. The M & E sector is spending vast amounts of money on permanent recruitment at the moment, so this is a superb opportunity to capitalise.
Ongoing training and development, established database, warm leads and billing accounts will also be provided.
As a successful Recruitment Consultant you will be:
Generating and following up on leads.
Running a permanent desk.
Developing existing accounts.
Following up on prospect clients with face to face meetings.
Delivering on requirements.
Account Managing.
To be successful as the Recruitment Consultant you will have:-
Previous achievements in business and / or personal life.
Ambition.
Drive, determination, can do attitude.
Resilience.
Integrity.

£18k - £25k basic (neg on exp) OTE £40k + quarterly incentives
