How You Will Flourish in This Role:
Join our team as a Food and Beverage Team Leader and take charge of motivating your team, ensuring compliance, and contributing to
business growth. Your key duties will involve overseeing food & beverage offerings, maintaining safety standards, controlling
stock, promoting business development, and collaborating with senior management for growth initiatives. People management will be
a significant aspect, encompassing team development, efficient rostering, and compliance with training requirements. Operational
tasks will include cash management, adhering to stock control procedures, and ensuring a safe environment.
What You Will Bring:
We are seeking a dynamic individual with a minimum of 1 years' proven leadership experience in a bustling hospitality environment.
Operational excellence in food & beverage offerings, stock control, safety, and compliance is essential. Holding Food Hygiene
Level 2 is a prerequisite. Proficiency in using software applications for record-keeping and administrative tasks is expected.
Desirable qualifications include higher certifications in Hospitality Management, familiarity with HR principles, and a track
record of innovative approaches in driving business development. We value enthusiasm, adaptability, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail in our ideal candidate.
