JOB TITLE: Cleaning Supervisor
LOCATION: Neasden Depot
SHIFT PATTERN: Sun to Fri, 42 HOURS PER WEEK
PAY RATE: £14.26 per hour

ABM UK is a leading provider of integrated facilities solutions. We offer a range of services including cleaning, security, maintenance, and energy management to clients across various industries. As part of our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of cleaning services
• Supervise, train, and motivate cleaning staff to achieve high standards of cleanliness and performance
• Monitor and inspect work areas to ensure compliance with cleaning standards
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed by cleaning staff
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues related to cleaning services
REQUIREMENTS:
• Prior experience in a supervisory role
• Proven knowledge of cleaning techniques and standards
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
