This contractor in recent weeks has negotiated a new £15 Million commercial scheme, this contract will hit ground late summer. This client is looking to interview Project Managers that have the capability & proven track record managing projects between £5 Million to £10 Million within similar sectors.

About:

This Berkshire based Contractor is a highly respected regional construction company with a strong track record of delivering exceptional projects across various sectors ( Education, commercial, health care, industrial & social housing. This business focuses on schemes between the value of £1 million to £12 Million.

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and maintaining strong relationships.
Monitor project progress, identify and address potential roadblocks, and implement effective solutions to ensure timely completion.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project-related risks.
Regularly communicate project status, milestones, and key updates to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct comprehensive project evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and implement lessons learned in future projects.How to apply
