A quality privately owned house builder are looking to recruit a Sales Executive for new build housing developments in the Hull area
The Role:
Sales Executive / Sales Negotiator position. Paying commission, based upon sales completions and customer satisfaction, with a car or mileage allowance. Providing a mobile phone & laptop. This is a full time position with weekend and bank holiday working necessary.
Duties:
Manage on-site sales centres and make customers feel welcome, valued and satisfied with their experience.
Maintain a high standard of presentation for marketing suites and show homes.
Liaise with solicitors, agents, mortgage advisors, site management and customers to take sales reservations and deliver them to a conclusion
Keep up to date with local marketing trends & competitor sales data.
Arrange and accommodate customer appointments, both new and existing.
Manage incoming sales enquiries, ensuring to record customer details and communications and follow up accordingly.
Management of sales CRM, (full training will be provided)

A family run house building company operating in East Yorkshire. They have recently celebrated 30 years of delivering desirable homes to their customers and have won a variety of quality awards for their work.
As a company they encourage customer alterations and bespoke requests, meaning no two houses on their developments are the same. They have ambitious development plans
The Person:
It is likely you will have previously worked as a Sales executive in a similar house building environment. Experience in housing is essential
You will:
Be a self-motivated team player, able to deliver consistent results.
Be tech savvy and computer literate.
Be able to travel independently between our developments in East Yorkshire.
Have communication skills.
Have an understanding of the residential sales process and a basic grasp of house building.
