JOB TITLE: Maintenance /Handy Person
LOCATION: The Podium Centre, Northgate Street, Bath, BA1 5AL
SHIFT PATTERN: Monday – Friday
PAY RATE: £15.00 hour
DUTIES
All aspects of maintenance as required.
• You will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of our facilities by performing painting and decorating tasks & basic maintenance.
• This includes touch-ups, painting walls, and ensuring a fresh and welcoming environment for our customers.
• Handling minor plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, taps, and other basic plumbing maintenance as required.
• Fixing/replacing locks
• Relaying slabs
• Responding to basic maintenance jobs as required.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
• Prior experience in a similar handy person or maintenance role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance work (painting, decorating, plumbing, slab laying, etc.)
