Randstad C&P are currently recruiting for a skilled professional with a passion for managing contracts and driving commercial success. The leading, regional business are seeking a dynamic Contracts Manager to join the team and manage various commercial schemes in the vibrant Hampshire region.
The suitable Contracts Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of contracts, ensuring smooth operations, and maximising profitability across diverse projects. From inception to completion, the selected candidate will be navigating through challenges and seizing opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of contracts, from negotiation to execution and performance evaluation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive project success.
Lead contract review meetings and provide strategic guidance to project teams.

Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to optimize project outcomes.Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of contract law, project management principles, and commercial negotiations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
