Salary: £28,000 per annum + up to 15% bonus + Company car
Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week - occasional weekends for events

Powerforce are seeking a Call Centre Trainer to work on our Motorola team. Since 1928, Motorola have been driven to move the industry forward. Responsibilities:

 •  Design & Deliver - create engaging training programs on key Moto benefits
 •  Drive Success - meet call centre targets as your own KPIs
 •  Interactive Learning - conduct dynamic training sessions using diverse methods
 •  New Hire Support - guide new recruits through onboarding for confidence in customer interactions
 •  Continuous Development - coach existing contacts to enhance skills and brand knowledge

Qualifications:

 •  Requirement - full Manual Driving license for at least 12 months
