A great opportunity for a Document Controller to join one of the leading construction companies in Manchester and the UK as a whole. They have a very stable pipeline of work which, in the current climate, job security like this is very much sought after.
The client is a market-leading Tier 1 National Contractor who still maintain a family ethos internally, but have a strong pipeline of work secured so offer security alongside development opportunities. Their staff safety is second to none and have industry leading processes in place to protect their staff.
Document Controller - Experience required:
Experience using A Site is a big benefit
Strong organisation skills and the ability to multi-task.
A personable and approachable individual who enjoys supporting others.
Construction experience is a benefit. Document Controller - Duties:
Controlling both company and project documentation for several projects.
Using 4P to organise and distribute documents within the team.
Quality assurance checking of incoming drawings ensuring names and conventions have been followed and the revisions are correct.
Compiling drawing registers.
Working with Design Managers assisting with inputting comments on drawings.
Tracking documents ensuring they are compliant with the HSE regulations.
Ensuring documents are updated by the site team within the deadlines.
