Our privately-owned client is an award winning contractor who undertakes technical projects throughout Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Oxfordshire, North and West London. Having been established for over 25 years and with a group annual turnover in excess of £60M, this client has grown year on year into a multi-disciplined provider of demolition, earthworks, remediation, and waste management and they pride themselves on their excellent reputation to deliver projects within budget and to program, whilst always maintaining high standards and quality.
About the opportunity:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, as a Demolition Contracts Manager, you will predominately be based on demolition sites throughout Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey and West London and will be responsible for the delivery of multiple projects (up to 5 simultaneously), varying in size and complexity.
You will develop and maintain high standards of operational service delivery whilst maximising growth potential in addition to delivering financial and non-financial business objectives from contractual requirements and plans.
About the benefits and rewards:
For this permanent opportunity, my client is targeting professionals looking to earn anywhere from £65,000 to £75,000 per annum however specific salary will be defined upon experience and suitability.
Furthermore, there will be a generous package on offer including a company vehicle and fuel card, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), enrolment on to the company pension scheme, private medical insurance and full training will be provided.
About the requirements:
To be considered for this opportunity, as a Contracts Manager, you must have a strong background within the demolition / enabling works sector and this must have been gained whilst working for a contractor in the UK. Ideally, you will be degree qualified in a construction related discipline and as this is a permanent opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate stability of employment throughout your career.
Furthermore, you must have strong management skills, knowledge of relevant demolition / health and safety policies and procedures and it is imperative you hold a CCDO Demolition Management Black Card.
