Aurora Lifesciences has now exclusively partnered with a Medtech start up that are now in search of a Director of Operations.
Working closely with the Senior Team you will play a key role in the development of the company. The role will work across the company and with external stakeholders to ensure projects are kept on track developing Quality, Regulatory and R&D teams to provide structure and control to projects and operations.
The Project
• You will be tasked with creating a strategy for the business for the successful completion of each project
• Resource project team required for growth
• Review project schedules with Stakeholders and implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure successful project delivery
• Implement communication plans to update stakeholders on the progress of projects in line with milestones
• Working with manufacturing and suppliers to ensure successful manufacture of the device
• Identifying measures that can support with process improvement
• Getting the product certified
• Implementing new standard operating procedures in the Company's quality system and documenting key information with support of QA/RA to be onboarded.
• Maintain the relationship with one or more clinical reference sites
• Support bid development and commercial opportunities
