Design and Technology Teacher

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Design and Technology teacher to join our client secondary school located in Darlington.

As the successful candidate, you will be expected to deliver outstanding lessons and demonstrate a flair for teaching and learning. You will have high expectations for standards and achievement and be open to new and innovative ways of teaching.

This opportunity has arisen due to a gap in the school’s Design department, and we are looking for a talented individual to take on full teaching responsibilities and lead a full timetable. Additionally, you will be flexible, collaborative, and resilient, with a strong commitment to promoting positive behaviour management.
This is a full-time position, teaching KS3 and KS4. You will work closely with other members of the department to ensure a cohesive and supportive working environment. We offer a competitive salary in line with the MPS/UPS scale, ranging from £30,000 to £46,525 per annum.
