Success Recruit are currently working with a growing and well-established safety equipment hire business. They are looking to recruit a highly professional & capable Customer Experience Executive to join their dynamic team based in Essex.

The desired candidate will thrive in customer centric roles, consistently ensuring client satisfaction through timely and informative communication.

The successful Customer Experience Executive will be expected to:

 •  Demonstrate previous experience of 2-3 years within a customer focused position, preferably in an internal sales support capacity.
 •  Have excellent verbal & written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour.
 •  Be highly organised and demonstrate the ability to manage workloads/prioritise tasks.
 •  Be proficient in CRM software and other email management tools.

Job specification

Purpose of the role:

The main objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to an internal client base and collaborate with Account Managers to support with their communicative needs.

The successful Customer Experience Executive will require excellent written communication skills and have experience composing informative and professional emails. They will be time conscious and have strong attention to detail & accuracy in all tasks undertaken.

Duties will include:

 •  Answering inbound phone calls from internal clients promptly and professionally.
 •  Providing accurate information and assistance to internal clients, resolving queries, and directing to the appropriate department.
 •  Management of an email inbox – ensuring timely responses are made and all information provided is thorough, accurate, and maintains a high standard of written communication.
 •  Working closely with Account Managers to assist in their daily tasks and encouraging seamless client communication.
 •  Assisting in preparing reports, presentations, and documents necessary for client meetings and presentations.
 •  Acting as a problem solver – addressing and resolving internal client issues or concerns in a timely manner.
 •  Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members or managers as necessary.
 •  After care of internal clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

This position would suit someone who enjoys providing high levels of customer service through email and telephone communication ensuring a seamless experience is received by the customer at all times.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Salary: £25K – £30K (DOE)
