Brentwood, Essex

Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm (hybrid working after 6-month probation)

My client, a professional financial services business based in Brentwood, is seeking a confident Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will play a key role in providing efficient administrative support to the team.

To excel in this role, you must be a car driver due to the nature of the position. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Obtaining all necessary information to upload to the system
Preparing and sending letters and other correspondence to employees
Processing employee claims forms against company records
Preparing and submitting required forms to enable employee claims to be processed and paid
Liaising with employees over the phone and via email regarding queries on their entitlements/claims
Liaising with Case Administrators and other teams across the company
Supporting multiple offices
Building and maintaining relationships with various external employees daily
Attending site visits, advising employees on processes
Meeting deadlines and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within a financial services or professional services environment.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset is essential.
